are proud to present the Annual Autumn Show

on

Sunday 14th October 2012

 

at the

East of England Showground, Peterborough

ALL funds raised are in aid of Lurcher Link to help with the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of lurchers in need

 

The day's events to kick off in the morning with signing in from 8am with:

SIMULATED COURSING

STRAIGHT RACING UNDER 23”

STRAIGHT RACING OVER 23”

PUPPY RACING

TERRIER RACING

Trophies and rosettes to be awarded for all the above

 

Throughout the day there will be

SPEED JUMPING under 23”

SPEED JUMPING over 23”

FIELD AGILITY

 

The day will also feature British Supreme Lurcher Championship organised by Pat Quant

 

To be followed by Open Lurcher Showing - starting approx. 12:30

7. ROUGH BITCH UNDER 23”

8. ROUGH DOG OVER 23”

9. ROUGH BITCH OVER 23”

10. BEDLINGTON CROSS DOG OR BITCH

11. VETERAN DOG OR BITCH, ROUGH OR SMOOTH OVER 7 YRS

12. SMOOTH PUPPIES DOG OR BITCH UNDER 6MTHS

13. SMOOTH PUPPIES DOG OR BITCH 6-12 MTHS

14. PUPPY CHAMPIONSHIP

15. SMOOTH DOG UNDER 23”

16. SMOOTH BITCH UNDER 23”

17. SMOOTH DOG OVER 23”

18. SMOOTH BITCH OVER 23”

19. SIGHTHOUNDS DOG OR BITCH

20. WORKING PAIRS

21. BULL CROSS DOG OR BITCH

£1 per entry - enter on the day, no need to pre-book

Trophies and rosettes to be awarded for all the above

 

The showing will culminate with the trophy for Supreme Champion and Reserve Champion

 

Sunday will also feature a variety of stalls including book stall specialising in lurcher and sighthound books, bottle tombola, produce stall, raffle, cake & crafts stall, quality 2nd hand hunting and country pursuits gear, kids area and the Lurcher Link stall selling high quality LL diaries, calendars, cards, collars, lurcher merchandise and a lot more.

 

Free overnight camping if required

 

Toilets, pub and food on site
