We are pet friendly and have our own cockapoo who loves it there.
It's open plan living area provides plenty of space with a south facing patio area perfect for breakfasts in the sun or evening BBQs.
We are next to the donkey sanctuary with lots of lovely walks from our door including the South West coast path and miles of walks round the sanctuary itself.
Nearby beaches include Sidmouth, Branscombe, Beer, Lyme Regis and Exmouth.
Seaton tramway and Jurassic adventure are just up the road and there is cycling, horse riding, paddle boarding, sailing, bird watching and walking all within a 15 minute or less drive.
We are on a small complex but are in the furthest corner and not over looked and very private.There is plenty of grass for children to play on and a large side area of grass for your dog to run on.
