The best North Norfolk Holiday Cottage, ok I might be biased but Lark Cottage is really a very special place to spend time. It is perfect for family celebrations, holidays with friends or a romantic retreat for two. My aim is to provide you with a personal service to ensure your holiday is exactly how you want it. I believe that your holiday should be as relaxing or as exciting as you want it to be, and I know that in North Norfolk there are plenty of options for both. Lark Cottage is dog and family friendly, it has an open fire and great free unlimited wifi, it is fully equipped and ideally located, with incredible sea views. It’s the perfect place to explore this wonderful area or just a short walk to the beach. 

I have lived in the area for nearly 20 years so can share my local knowledge with you, I work from home so am able to be contacted and respond to questions almost instantly 24/7. I can book you a babysitter, offer dog daycare (my other business), recommend a restaurant, put you in touch with taxi drivers, suggest days out and much more. Possibly, more importantly, I am on hand if ever anything goes wrong and know all the best local trades to get things working again. Consider me to be your personal concierge service if you need me, alternatively, you won't hear a squeak out of me if you'd rather do your own thing.

Lark Cottage comfortably sleeps 8 people, we can provide a travel cot and high chair  and bedlinen for two single camping beds to help with sleeping arrangements. The house is fully equipped with all mod cons, unlimited wifi and all bed linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided.

Ground Floor

The kitchen and utility are fully fitted with a dishwasher, double oven, electric hobs, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a dining table that is big enough to seat 10, I can supply 2 high chairs if needed.

The seating area looks out over the garden to the sea beyond.

There is a separate cosy sitting room, with clever TV and a few board games.

There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

First Floor

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on this floor. There is also an airing cupboard.

The first bedroom is a king size with ensuite bathroom with separate shower. It has amazing views over the marsh to the sea. A single camp bed is available for use in this bedroom.

The second bedroom is also a king size.

The third bedroom is set up as a twin room but can be made into a king size double if needed.

The second and third bedroom share the family bathroom.

Top Floor

The master suite takes up the entirety of this floor, the bedroom is very large with a super king size bed, there is a telescope to take advantage of the incredible views over the marsh to the sea. If you are lucky you can see our small seal colony that lives directly out from the house. A single camp bed is available for use in this bedroom.

The bathroom has double sinks, a bath, and a separate shower.

Outside

The front of the property is a large gravel driveway, there is enough parking at least three cars.

The back of the property has a large secure enclosed lawn with incredible sea views. There is an outdoor dining table and a BBQ. In the shed, there are some sun loungers.

Dog Policy

Unlimited dogs are very welcome at no charge. We do ask that they remain downstairs but do get in touch if you have any special requirements as we always try to be flexible. We supply bowls, dog tags and crates if requested. There is a handy hose outside for muddy paws.

Local Area 

Titchwell is a very small village on the North West coast of Norfolk. There are two pubs; the Manor and Briarfields, but Titchwell is probably best known for it’s RSPB reserve. Lark Cottage is ideally located to visit the local area, and there’s lots to keep you busy from country estates, fabulous beaches, shopping, lots of fun for all the family and even more for dogs. Please note that short breaks are not available during the school holidays and check in is at 4pm and check out at 10am.
