Samphire Cottage sleeps 4/5 people in two bedrooms, the master is a king size and the second bedroom has a double bed with a bunk over suitable for a child. There is a large family bathroom. Downstairs has a well equipped sunny kitchen and a cosy dining/sitting area with an open fire. There is a gorgeous sun trap fully enclosed courtyard garden, with minimum 5ft walls. Docking is a busy village with a well stocked spar shop and good pub, it is 4 miles to Barncaster beach and there are plenty of village walks from the door.
