Starfish & Coffee is an independent neighbourhood cafe, specialising in banging brunch dishes and great coffee. You can find us situated at Egremont Gate right next to beautiful Queens Park, Brighton, and just a 10 minute walk from the Royal Pavilion.
We’re proud to use local produce – our ham and free range eggs come from from Holmansbridge Farm near Lewes, our sausages and bacon are sourced from Ockham Farm in Ewhurst Green, our milk is produced from cows at Northiam Dairy in Rye and our salmon is smoked by Spring’s in Edburton.
We also use coffee beans roasted in Brighton by Coffee At 33 and our daily fresh bread and pastry selection are baked by artisan producer Coburn & Baker and we have cakes and treats made by ourselves, Berkson’s Bakes and Becky’s Brownies.
