Great pictures of the grouse and brought back memories as its a long time since I walked a grouse moor.

Needless to say, wonderful whippies. (w00t)

Stunning photos.

I have never dared take my present whippies near sheep which limits our walks.

I need to borrow a couple of sheep to try Bella and Co out with first (w00t)

my dogs are good with sheep, we live in a very rural area and they have seen sheep almost every day from being puppies....

it has taken a lot of training.....and obviously we are training Flint at the moment who is only 16weeks and thinks its fun to chase them

but we will get there in the end....

take a look at this thread.... one of Kobi....

Brilliant pics Janis  The boys are all looking well and young Flint has certainly grown !

My adults are all stock broken but I'm never brave enough to run them all off lead together near sheep :sweating: I need to start getting the pups out near livestock ... Jim got rather overexcited barking at someones chickens yesterday !

Great pictures Janis

I'd love to have a walk along there with you and the boys,

can you imagine my girls with them, be quite a sight

When are you coming this way Ann ?

Lovely photos Janis. They look like fab grouse moors, well managed etc. The photo of the sheep and grouse on the wall is so well caught. I feel quite nostalgic looking at them...I haven't been for a good walk on the moors with the dogs for ages. Your whippets are a credit to you...so well behaved around livestock.

Great pictures, I love the one of the grouse and sheep, we don't get grouse round her much!

You have caught lots of great photos of your boys enjoying a walk in the moors. I do love the one of Kobi standing alone, its a stunning photo of him  I also really like the one of the grouse and the sheep - looks like a postcard :)
