Dogstar Foundation

Founded in 2006 The Dogstar Foundation is a UK registered Charity (1133431) & World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA) member society. We improve the welfare of animals in Sri Lanka by providing sterilisations, vaccinations and education leading to attitude change, and the development of veterinary practice. Better known for its 3-decade Civil War, which ended in 2009, and the devastation caused by the 2004 Tsunami, Sri Lanka is also home to over 3 million stray dogs.
