A lot of dogs develop a more sensitive stomach as they get older .My dogs have responded very well to Chappie tinned food as they got older . It might be worth trying that or one of the special sensitive foods ?

That would just be what I would expect . You have to give your older dog time to get used to the new puppy . Do not try to force things and always allow your older dog to be able to get away from the pup .

Wouldn't get another pup until the first one is at least housetrained , knows the basic commands and is settled into a routine . Wouldn't expect the commands and the settled routine until the pup is at least 6months old. By then you may well have changed your mind anyway !

I feel very sorry for the dog . My advice would be find a rescue who will take him and give him the chance of a happy life .He doesn't deserve this level of dislike just for being what he is .

I have had whippets for over 20 years and currently have 3 . If I were to get another dog it would be another whippet . To me they are perfect !

Snood only had to be on for a day so happy Lottie once again .

Lottie caught the tip of her ear while running in the forest today . The bleeding wouldn't stop and she was shaking her head and spraying blood everywhere . So I cut the toe out of an old sock and put the sock on her like a snood . Great result, the bleeding stopped naturally but don't think...
