Mines never been in a trap simply because Ive never needed to put her in one,
its only occasionally she runs at the track and i prefare to hand slip when we do.
My other dog i very much doubt would fit in one, shes a 32" deerhound and there's no way
i would even attempt to get her in one.
Are the lurchers running from traps ?
Might come down with Molly and Layla, if i can get the day off,
molly would run with little un Tina, but she wont go from a trap.
Have you tried Little dog rescue, most dogs are down south - but they do have one or two up this end.

LL had a hancock dog in june this year, he turns 10 this year
and he has problems with his legs, although he didnt do the crawling thing,
he had a weired gate, like he had jelly legs, from what the vet said - the spacings between the joints
