There is nothing better than a long walk out with dogs. It doesn't matter about the weather, in fact some of the best walks i have had are in the pouring rain. I love the peace and quiet you get when you are out.

Dancing is a passion of mine. Modern jive if you are interested. It makes you feel on top of the world and you can meet some really great people out there.

And to balance all those calorie burning activities, I love munching my way through chocolate. As much as I can get my hands on!
