Did you ever find out what this was? Our staffy has recently started suffering with the same looking thing as in your picture

Our 4 year old staffy has, over the last month or so, gotten sore growths between her toes, they don’t seem to be getting better and are causing her to limp, anyone have any idea what this could be or seen anything similar before? - pictures attached Thanks
