Whippet results from this weekend shows at Ardomore in Auckland, New Zealand.

Congratulations to all the winners. My apologies for any errors or omissions. A very nice weekend even if it was very hot.

Tony and I are so pleased with our little girl (Jae) for getting Baby of Group on both days and also winning 1st place in puppy stakes.

I have been sent the full results along with some pictures which I should hopefully have up on the club website today.

Look forward now to the championship show in May, hopefully won't be sick of driving after Sydney to come back down for it - although Lana and I have a road trip planned with hopefully plenty of giggles along the way to make the trip shorter. :teehee: :wacko:

Gus (aka Doogie) - Aslan Does It For Me, and Fleur - Aslan Does It Forirewa (read: For Irewa - that being my parents prefix)...

made their show debuts at Gympie & Dist KC on the weekend.

Gus made the final cut of 6 / 22 in the Baby Sweepstakes but didn't end up with a prize and he beat Fleur for Baby of Breed.

Pretty good effort for their first time out. Dad showed Fleur and, despite our many years in dog showing, he's not an experienced handler, so Fleur could have been at a bit of a disadvantage. But he gave it a go and did his best so I'm proud of him.

If you're coming to the Easter shows and haven't entered, please get your entries in asap. As you know, I have to type up the 3 gen pedigrees, and then get it printed so if all the entries come at once, I go a little crazy. (w00t) Here's the schedule again.

Not any new ones Russ, sorry. I was so busy handling other dogs over the weekend and when it wasn't stinking hot it was raining so not many good opportunities for pics.

I'm going to try this coming weekend.

You can see the litter pics up to about 5 weeks on the showing forum somewhere ... think it's called "Cooper x Cara pups"
