Rip Zac ...sorry for your loss tony & yvonne

Will start by thanking everyone for your posts!! have only just been able to read them and had to keep stopping at that, its nice to know he touched so many people in racing thank you

Its really hard writing this having said good bye to Zac.

Zac was always very special to me and we bonded from the minuet he came to live with me. He was a pleasure to own and never any trouble and like all my dogs I loved him very much, I didn’t get zac till he was 13 month old, being a good friends with Chris and Russ Yeoman’s his owners before I owned him, I went to see him as a pup and kept up to date with how they were getting on with him, soon as they couldn’t get Zac to race they ask if I wanted him as I had made them promise to let me have him if they ever wanted to re-home him. You just get a feeling about some dogs and I new he was meant to be with me, I loved him the minuet I saw him as a pup, and true to there word zac came home with me at the cost of £30 the best money I ever spent, he was always so devoted to me and only ever raced to me never went in on the lure a really gusty dog who gave me 110% winning 2 Rch titles his first at 4 years old and second at over 5 years old winning opens agaist some of the best dogs and bitchies around at the time, this after breaking his knee joint at 2 ½ years old and being told he would never race !! Zac mated his first bitch (What Spot ) the day before winning his first title which just shows what a great dog he was not only at racing but also at stud, producing no less than 5 Sup and Ch of Chs from his litters and to many Rch and Nch to list don’t think there’s many racers who have not owned a pup at sometime from Cracked it,

Rch Cracked it came from an outstanding litter all 4 siblings Tiny toon, Cracker Bossy Boots and Cracked it making Rch Nch and Sup’s in this litter, unfortunately Zac was the only one from the litter to produce offspring watching his offspring racing over the years as been so great and still taking title Nch Crackelle last weekend the latest of a long list Zac's last litter is only 8 months old and i'm looking forward to watching them race and keeping his momory alive!! seeing his grandchildren is such a pleasure !! was holding a pup at the champs who was so like zac he nearly came home with me Sup Rbch Gems Lad + Nch Bagheera pup hope he gives the new owner as much pleasure as my boy gave me

God bless Zac you will always be with me xxx

Really am so sorry to hear your sad news Yvonne and Tony.

Zac was one of the first racing whippets i got to meet, and eventually got my first pup out of without Zac and Jody i would not be in racing today, plus the thousands of times i watched the video made me of their career highlights. I know i am only one of many people who have enjoyed a great pup from Zac and as you said he has done you proud in more ways than you can think of, he was a very special and noisy dog who will be missed by all in racing. Long live on the great Cracked It line.

RIP Zac

I real shame, had two lovely dogs out of him, noisy as hell though

RIP

Paul and Michelle
