I got to play midwife at a whelping yesterday/Saturday :D Vixen didn't have the easiest time but is absolutely fine and is proving to be a fantastic mother to her 10 babies

:wub: :wub: :wub: :wub: :wub: :wub: :wub: :wub: :wub: :wub:

I didn't want to disturb her but had to take a few pics of the happy family of 7 dogs and 3 bitches before I left, and as you can see Vixen was more than happy to oblige. She so nearly shared a birthday with her brood ... she was 3 on Friday.

The pups' sire is Denimonde Weaving a Dream/moonglow's Bailey and Vixen is my Finn's litter sister, and yes, before you ask, one of these babies will be coming to live with me :D but no, I haven't chosen my boy yet and won't until they are a good bit older ... it will be really hard to choose, it is such an even litter and they are such beautiful colours.

Congratulations to Vixen and Mally. Vixen looks fantastic she has such a sweet face.

I love the second photo :)

The wee fawn with a dark mask and ears is gorgeous :wub:

I had thought that one of Molly's pups would be heading your way but it will be lovely for you to have Finn's nephew
 
I think you should have something different Annie, go for the parti, thats my fave x

Wow 10 babies..what a big litter,my Bow was 1 of 11 and her sister had 10 and exspecting her second litter any day :wub: :wub:

lovely puppies,i do like those reds,but im sure they'l change colour,lighter/darker

which one is paul keeping :))

annie,you have lots to choose with all those boys..come on you must have a inkling to which one :-

Eve Molly's pups are delightful but they are whippet crosses and will be bigger and heavier than my whippets so sadly not for me. I have had one of Vixen's pups booked for a long time now :))

The parti is a bitch June and we're an all boy household :thumbsup: But she is divine, and turns out to be a brindle parti and not a fawn parti as first thought.

Honestly Jayne I have no idea ... all the boys are gorgeous, although yes there are three or four that particularly catch my eye, but I want to wait and see how they look when they are a bit older and to discover what kind of characters they develop :)

What a lovely happy family :wub: :wub: :wub: :wub: :wub: - I'm sure any of those gorgeous boys would be a wonderful addition to your brood Annie. Good luck in choosing! How wonderful to have been there for their birth.
 
What a gorgeous litter and a very gorgeous mum. :wub: She has a look of my little Gracie and Mally commented on this ages ago when I could still post pics of my lovely girls. I hope Vixen is 100% very quickly - Congratulations. :cheers:
 
Congratulations Mally, they look fab - i like the little 'gingernuts' the best. Glad to hear Vixen has taken to motherhood and all are doing well,

Some gorgeous colours you have including the Gingernuts. nice rich colours.
 
They are all divine! :wub: Mind you, with such a beautiful Mum and a most handsome Dad, it's really not surprising they are gorgeous! Good luck in choosing one Annie.....it's not going to be easy! :))

They are a stunning litter and Vixen is looking wonderfully well :thumbsup:

I reckon that little parti girl will give them all a run for their money whey they grow up - reckon she's special! :wub:
