What a heartbreaking decision for your sister Ann... I do feel for her... :( I do feel she has made the right choice

but nevertheless a really tough one...

The right decision was made. It's a very hard one. Your sister did right by the dog and right by anyone else who may have come into contact with him in the future. It was a brave decision.

Run free little man a candle has been lit here for him.
