It is with deep regret and sadness to tell you that Wrch Vc Graceful Chimes sadly died this morning. She was a beautiful dog and a brillant racer. I'm not sure what else to say

Run free Gracie

So sorry to hear about Gracie :( She was a fantastic racer. My thoughts are with Julia and her family :huggles:

When John and I heard this sad news :( we were very very sad, Gracefull Chimes, had the sweetest nature, she was an exceptional dog. She will always be in our hearts, and when we think of her, we will remember her running and doing what she loves best. John and I would like to send our best wishes to Julia and her Family, she will never be forgotten Julia xxxx

I'm so sorry to hear about Gracie today Julia and Chris .... A beautiful bitch who was a class of her own winning ALL of her titals WCRCh a Sporting champion and of course lastly her VC, beautiful construction, movement and confimation and a great nature too ... I remember when they were all born and we both said we don't want the fawn one lol...... To think how you got her back from her first owner when you realised he wasn't good enough for one of your pups (even though he was vet recommended) .....A dear little shy pup came back and stayed with you, her mum and little sister forever ........ Gracie always had such a soft cuddly side to her, not like the dog we saw at racing who had nothing on her mind other than to race .....I always remember the day she broke out of the van after having just won her bend race at Cotswolds ......She was fully winter coated and she heard those traps.....The other dogs were on the bend as Grace hit the track, never cheating as she never did .... Off she went from the trap end and round the bend gaining on the others ... She was yapping as she did when she wasn't infront but to see her open up down that back straight, coat and all doing what she loved best was amaizing ....She won that race too and we had to get the other lure due to Grace not letting it go as it was hers ...... It's no consolation I know ...... But Gracie was doing what she loved most in the world and for her that was great ...... There are dogs that race and dogs that live to race ...Grace was the latter ...... Racing, running and hunting was Gracies life and what she loved ...... You always let her lead a full and natural life racing champion or not ......You both should be very proud to have bred, owned and loved such a wonderful little dog ...... She will always be your Gracie .... RIP Grace xxxx

RIP Gracie.

Julia & Chris we are so sorry to hear this terrible and tagic news. Our thoughts and love are with you.

I remember the same meeting that Hannah has mentioned, I dont think I'll ever forget seeing Gracie blast past in her blue and red kennel coat, and catch the rest of them on the home straight. She was an amazing racing dog, and ofcourse a very much loved pet. We know how much you will miss her. I never saw her run without giving it 100%, and she was 100% in every way.

Run free girl, and run fast.

So sorry to hear this. She was as Lou says - a lovely looking dog and a great racer. A joy to watch running in the track.

RIP Gracie

Condolences, it's always sad to lose a companion, but be heartened by the memories she left, not just for yourself but for many others who saw her racing.

RIP Gracie
