Although I never got to slip my own dogs during the 1000 Guineas I believe I had one of the best views of the racing on the day.

Stood at 3/4 distance the racing was nothing but spectacular. I just wish I could have been wearing one of those fandangled videocam hats. It would have made some great viewing.

Some of the finishes were so close, I swear I saw sweat running done the Line Judges neck as a good 75% of the races were won in the final 1/4. :sweating:

Thanks to everybody and thier hounds for a great event and huge well done to Troy, but don't forget the runner up, Poppy (Rescue) who's owner was walking around in bewilderment at his dogs achievements.

A cracking weekend topped off by some truely memorable knockout racing.

Wish I could of been there... Mum and dad hasn't stopped talking about it.. I swear there trying to make me jealous :teehee:

Can't wait for next year (w00t)

The racing was truly cracking and all of the dogs put their hearts and souls into it. Was gutted that Littl'Un couldnt run, tho watching people slip their dogs I am not sure I could have coped with the stress :teehee:

Here's to next year

Regards

Tina
