Just to let everyone know who is attending the Lurcherworld Finals this weekend that despite the rain they are definately still on :thumbsup: :D

There is some racing on Saturday as well as an open show , Sunday there is an open show then the finals for Child handling , Judgeschoice and the Singleton Cup .

I was asked by Dorne and Jeff to put this post on saying it was definately ON , there are roads through the show ground so no problems with access :thumbsup:

I think your mate must have been at a different show. It was fine on Saturday and even after the rain last night it was still relatively good. Most of the main accesses are hard roadways/ surfaces. The down side, really was the size of the event in general & and the fact that it did actually p*** down most of today. Didn't actually get to see any of the Lurcher activities which was a shame but I was lucky enough to be stood in a marquee all day so didn't get wet myself.
 
had a really good day even though it was raining most of the day my young bitch won chase the bunny final well pleased with her. great fun watching the terriers race :thumbsup: i thought it was a good location for the event and their was concrete walk ways most of the way round so i didnt think it was that muddy :- .their was good turn out and some very nice dogs their in finals. it was good to meet up with some old faces and catch up :thumbsup: rich
