I pray they do Jo.

It wasn't just the fact that they were skinny, pot bellied little souls, their pasterns were so weak they were at right angles :(

Thank goodness someone is following up on them, I hope something can be done (though I'm not that optimistic I'm afraid).

A rescue near me recently took in a litter of lurcher pups that were being advertised for sale at four weeks old and in terrible condition. The owner's attitude was that he had planned to drown them but thought he might as well see if he could get a few quid for them first. As they were by then safe and in rescue the RSPCA said there was nothing they could do

Well done hope these scumbags get some kind of fine and hopefully are never allowed to keep any animals in the future. It makes me soooo angry!

Poor wee souls :(

I know by buying one of these pups it may encourage the owners to breed again but if I lived closer I wouldnt be able to stop myself from buying them all!

That's shocking - that person has obviously just gone and posted exactly the same advert again. And to think - some people have actually bought those poor pups.

I bet people just think they're skinny because they're whippets, but these poor wee things are obviously extremely undernourished; healthy pups would be a lot more "well covered" than that.

Honestly, how any one could have the nerve to even post pictures of pups in such awful condition is beyond me. I feel for the pup's mum as well. :(

I also have a good mind to report this ad.

I've just reported this new ad, however it probably won't make any difference - but I had to do something; lookingat their poor wee pasterns was making me feel ill :'(

It sounds as though at least one pup must have been bought already. I hope the poor little mite gets treated better wherever he/she has gone :(

I wonder what state the mum is in?

Stupid question from someone who knows nothing about puppies, but are the pasterns bent like that because of general weakness or does that mean they have some other problem like rickets?

i am really sorry i looked at that now i feel quite ill to think someone could treat a pup or any animal like that for god sake what is wrong with people

disgusting to see pups in that condition makes me angry

 What about the website they are being sold on?They should not be allowed to let this advert onto their site. They are as much to blame as the sicko's selling these poor puppies. As long as a buck can be made this cruelty will continue it is outrageous the website people should be fined.

It seems the ISPCA are about as much use as the RSPCA over here

Breaks my heart seeing these poor little fellas
