Hiya! Just wondering if anyone knows of any cozy dog beds that can get for my baby Bailey? I like the look of the sleeping bag style beds , I saw a great one for sale in the USA called a pita bed! Does anyone know if u can get them here???

Thanks : )

They are brilliant beds and yes several people make them over here....you may well become a slave to your whippet and her snuggle sack though!!! I have to open Bluebells for her every hour or so!! she gets hot!! But it is her favourite thing in the world!!

This is the most you ever see of her...yes she is on her back in it!!!

My two love their snuggle sack, but I keep it for use in the caravan (inside a soft crate) so they are cosy at night. I used to have it in the house, but Remmy can't get inside on her own, so throughout the day would whine frequently for assistance!!

Mine came from Togs for Dogs and is very good quality.

Love the pics that have been put on here - they look totally snuggly in there  I have two huge beds made by Snug & Cosy and they are extremely padded, gorgously soft with thick high sides too - plus I bought a snuggle sleeping bag bed from a lady on this site (can't remember who - so sorry) and my boys absolutely love it, although I do have to assist them getting in it lol!!!!!!

Hope you find the bed your looking for :D

Saw one of these at crufts some time ago. It had a sort of half hoop threaded through the opening so was easy

to get in and out.

we got some from here look up Bleakhounds design in marketplace, double thick, dogs love them, soon learn how to climb in unaided but if there's a human slave to hand will wait patiently with very sad face for you to lift the opening !!!!

Collars are us make superb snuggle sacks, have a look at their web site.

My girls Dobé and Fiebe both have a Muffin bed and they LOVE it! All dogs who come on visit love the Muffin bed. I can only recommend it to other whippet owners. First I bought just 1 for our youngest, but I came home and Dobé said 'ok, this is mine!'. It was always a race to be first in the Muffin bed, so a few days later I bought a second one :sweating: They have them several years and they're still like new (I can wash them) and their favourite.

It's from a Belgian Company 'Joys Pet Deluxe'. I know you have donut beds in the USA, but you can't find them over here and the shipping is so expensive. It took us a while to find the perfect dog bed but finally we did and they love it so much! They like having a cosy place :teehee:

I admire anyone who has bought a soft type bed for their whippet and kept it intact for more than a day...! Mine have eaten every type of bed and now have the hard plastic beds with a duvet in and a lovely warm piece of vetbed. We have assorted fleece blankets (that also get eaten regularly) and fortunately I have two teenage sons whose only contribution to the running of the house is to regularly tuck the dogs in under their blankets  Not only do the plastic beds stay intact and can't be dragged around the room or into a muddy garden, but I also notice the dogs use them much more than they have any other type of beds, and even prefer them to the sofa.

Gosh I must be very lucky then. Beau still has the bed I made for him ten years ago. I recently made him a new one as I felt so guilty but he refuses to use it and chooses his old one each time :)
