After a gorgeous sunny walk by the river, we trundled back through the local park. The trouble makers were on leads but Daisy was running free.

Bella's ears go up  Me thinks squirrel. Quite right o:)

What does Daisy do (while the others are going crazy (w00t) )

Well Daisy just has to go up tail wagging and say hello. :clown:

The others were practically drawing me in quarters while this was going on :D

It was comically funny. Daisy may not have had a clue but the squirrel had suspicions that it could be a ploy and scarpered!

I know that Daisy has no interest in the lure but most whippet owners would die laughing at me. :> :> :>

Well good for Daisy,- one of life's peace-makers! :huggles:

(We have an old one much the same!)

:teehee: :teehee: :teehee: Love it!! Bless her...... sometimes what's bred in the bone doesn't come out in the flesh, lol!

my greyhound is just the same, she watches rabbits, she,s ok unless they move then she runs back to me. total wuss :teehee:

Poor Daisy (w00t) . Perhaps she thought she would lull it into a false sense of security until she pounced? :sweating: ( Maybe not. LOL). :teehee:

Awwww, bless her

That is a lovely story ........ Tizzy did the same with a rabbit last year. Ran up to it and then just stopped and sniffed noses

Aww bless that is cute that she didn't try to do anything  Penny did something similar when a fox appeared from nowhere, when she caught up with it they sniffed each other then she tried to play with it

Sweet little Daisy.  I wish my two were less interested in squirrels!!
