Hi Guys

Just a little update after yesterdays racing.

Maljilmar (Gold Run x Adamant Kim) 32lb ran its first ever race in the Welsh Harp Open although not an ideal introduction she ran a blinder.

Never having run in the pups due to taking our time with her she was only 10 days over 12 months. Looking to enter the puppy scratch ( 12-14 months).

She proved too light as this was run as weighed BWRA. Weighing in at 31.7 even after having had her breakfast. Marie & Lewis chose to run her in the Yearlings (12- 18 months) Class. When the card came out she was giving 6 yards to an older yearling. Marie still decided to run her ( Yes your right it was a big ask). :sweating:

Maljilmar came out well stormed up the track and just being headed off on the line in a time of 8.92. Dawdon was running slow yesterday to offer a guide some very good adults of similar weights run 8.73 & 8.75. Only 19 spots difference in her first ever look at the track. (w00t)

Very pleased with this pup so far. Good luck with her for the future to Marie & Lewis. (It must be your training Lewis).

Regards

Malcolm

Well Done Pauline & Amanda

Love Goesdown wins his first ever race scratch race. First time of asking.

Must have been a good day for you all with Love Lock Down winning also good luck :luck: :luck: :luck:

Regards

Malcolm
