Sorry its a bit late but had no internet for 10 days  ,the joys of living in the countryside..I would like to thank everybody for the lovely thank yous and congulations on Lola wininng the bend champs for the second year running and for all the lovely messgaes i"ve received. She truly is a joy to own and a pleasure to watch when she"s racing.

I have now decided to retire Lola, its been a wonderful year and i could never have dreamed what she has gone on to win this year,i promised Rob that i would keep racing this year and she has fulfilled his dreams to the max.At times its been wonderful to race her,but i"ve found it extremley differcult with out Rob by my side so its time to hang up her racing muzzle and let her enjoy hopefully her long retirement.

I"ve meet some great people over the last five years while racing Jasmine and Lola and made some great friends for life  ,a big thankyou to the nnwrf and the bwra for all the great opens and thurrock for being a great club.I wish everybody racing in the future lots of luck and that all your dogs come home safe and sound.

As my Rob would of said

be luck and yours in sport Tina,Jasmine and Lola xxx

Your right Vicky, shes going to have to come to the odd meeting to see the other whippets in her life my babies! I guess its down to me and Darren but I hope to keep the touch tradition going with our 2 (although the bar is pretty high)

I just want to say publically thank you to Tina for fulfilling dads wishes to race her till champs. She has been a superb bitch for them both. She always amazes me how she takes the bend so well. Never injured, always a joy to watch. I know she'll have the best retirement possible with Tina. Thanks again , he'd be so proud of you both!

lots of love

Tina - when we met at the bend champs on Sunday and you said about retiring Lola and

the reasons why - all I could do was hug you, but what a way for Lola to finish Sup NWRF

Bend Champ together with BWRA Bend Champ earlier in the year.

It has been a pleasure to know and race against you. I knew Robbie many years

ago and was delighted that he had decided to come back into racing. Having met

you he was a very lucky man - you are such a lovely lady, never a bad word against

anyone, you both congratulated the winner of any races you had competed in, and you

both always enjoyed watching your dogs run, whether they won or not.

Robbie's reports from the trackside were spot on. Both your girls have been a credit to

your love and dedication - I hope you will come and watch from time to time and we can have a chat.

Take care and keep in touch

Love Elaine
