was talking to a old greyhound trainer a few years back and we discussed leg and foot injurys, he told me he used a sponge wet and dripped it onto the injury which did the trick for sprains and sore legs, any one heard of this before? what tricks do you use?

I know we used to run a running hose of cold water on sprains and swellings , that was back in the 60 s !! ( Am I really THAT old , LOL)

Totally agree Jackie, and still do it today for dogs and horses.Doesn't do my back any good though lol although freeze sprays/gels and wraps weren't about then
