Today was a pleasant day which saw a good turnout of members and dogs for training and trials. Club members Dave Bowen and Emma Williams started proceedings today by giving Erin her first run up in company. Erin doing well in her training ran strongly, showing no signs of interference, hope she continues to improve and develop as her training continues. Today also saw trials for Twiglet and Kitt running well as always and Scruffy and Perkins. Scuffy and Perkins the clubs two terriers enjoying their regular weekly workouts with Scruffy taking the early lead as usual, due to his strong determination not to be beaten to the lure. Merlin and Tigger enjoyed a good run today followed shortly by Faolan and Araf. We also enjoyed a good session of puppy training with Maggi Orr’s two young dogs Solly and Cadhla having a good chase behing the lure and Sarah Gibson with her young one taking well to the chase.
