I was thinking of organising a scottish lurcher racing championship, to be run

at hawick, over 220yards alongside the horseracing, initially £3 entry to racetrack, £5/dog

£100 first prize wth more depending on size of entries, run in groups of 4 with the winner through to next round

second round run after first horserace, third round after second horserace and so on,

there'll also hopefully be bookmakers taking bets on your dogs, what could be better a cracking afternoon of

dogs and horses racing

lets hear your thoughts

Where is hawick??? LOL

Sounds good to me, tho likely to be a non-ped meet at end of the day...now if ya was gonna put a few chinks in it to make it more course like then I'd be interested ;)

Good idea mate, Id come as long as there was some camping.

Bit too far otherwise.
