JUST TO RE-ASSURE PEOPLE, AS CAN BE SEEN BY THE PHOTO'S THE TRACK IS BACK IN TIP TOP CONDITION. LES HAS MANAGED TO GET THE HEAVY ROLLER ON IT TODAY AND IT LOOKS BRILLIANT. PLENTY OF ROOM FOR CAMPING FOR THE BWRA CHAMPS (DONT NEED TO PRE-BOOK) CARAVANS AND TENTS WILL RUN PARALLEL WITH THE TRACK. SHOWERS AND TOILETS IN THE FOOTBALL PAVILLION ACROSS THE ROAD WILL BE OPEN EARLY TIL LATE. THE BWRA WILL BE USING THE SIDE ROOM AT THE WELFARE FOR WEIGHING-IN ETC AND THE TOILETS IN THERE WILL BE OPEN ALL DAY. YVONNE IS ORGANIZING EVENING ENTERTAINMENT AND THAT WILL ALSO BE IN THE WELFARE. THIS WILL BE OUR FIRST CAMPING EVENT AT NOTTS & DERBY AND WE'VE ALL PULLED TOGETHER TO HOPEFULLY MAKE THIS AN ENJOYABLE AND SUCCESSFUL WEEK-END.

Well done all you guys at Notts & derby, I'm sure it is going to be a great championships. I know how much work goes into planning these camping events, all the background work, and getting the track ready, really looking forward to it.

Thought track looked fab on wednesday thats without the rolling,but that looks brilliant :thumbsup:
 
Spoke to club weds we have bingo friday night, disco / karaoke sat, and club got turn on sunday so think that should keep everyone happy, tracks spot on, and looks brill :thumbsup:

lets hope members respect that this is a residential area, and if partys take places as i'm sure they will they respect the locals and keep the noise down, we dont want to lose the camping for any future events

hope everyone as a enjoyable champs and we have many more at poolsbrooke notts and derby whippet racing club :thumbsup:
