A lovely evening weather had cooled down slightly, just right for racing. A few trials before and in break, then a well earned drink in the club, Sadie you earnt it tonight doing traps, although that did leave me to run ALL the dogs, one in each race and then help do a few trials erm.... maybe i should have a go at the traps (actually no its ok ill run the dogs and judge) hahaha :thumbsup:

There will be NO Racing next Wednesday 15th August, staff on holiday :thumbsup:

Not many here tonight but was to be expected with Champs at the weekend. We decided to just have a few trials, good practice for the young ones, so just made up a few races.

A few trials in between, Grahams nice brindle pup had two full length trials and looked to be going well, Paul's pup had her first hand slip went well and on her second one she really had got the hang of it and looked keen as mustard. Chris trialled the two j's and Luke, Diva had a solo before her run in round 2 with Force Two (equal runs and all that Sadie ).

All races were level breaks (apart from Diva and Bonzo) and were all really good finishes. Hope Diesel (Plan B) is ok he was definitely not himself tonight, didn't even want a treat after his race

Now hope i got these right (I'm not convinced) will check in morning and change tomorrow if wrong. :-

No racing Saturday due to champs weekend good luck to all who compete :luck:

We will be at the track next Wednesday for racing and setting up and sorting ready for our 'big one' at the weekend :sweating:

This was the last evening meeting for this season (hate dark nights) roll on next April so we can start again lol

Only 6 dogs racing tonight, a few trials was nice to see Jade (lodger dog) having some good passes again this week, not be long and she will be in the handicap, Luke and Jake trialling, we had a visit from 'Bella' one of the pups Joyce bred My Pretty Fast x Just Friends (i think :unsure: ), tipping the scales at 15llb she had a couple of handslips and took to it like a good en to say she had never had a go before. Paul's Katies Double x Fatboy Slim having a couple of slips and enjoying her runs.
