After a number of enquiries this weekend i thought it best that we post on here that Maid Your Point is unavailable for stud for the forseeable future.

Jude was very sore after lining his last two bitches and has since been diagnosed with a perineal hernia, the vet has advised to cease all stud duties but if the condition improves with time there is a possibility of matings via AI (i am also going to look into having some straws of his stored with a stud facility near us for use on our own bitches).

Although this has come as a blow, our intention was for him to never be overused at stud & flood the gene pool with his breeding, Jude's health and quality of life is our main concern.

He is sire to 8 litters (4 of which are still too young to race) and has proved he can produce quality offspring in Nch Ride a White Swan, Relentless, Nch Silver Sand, Spotless, Rch / Nch Emrys, Sup Rch / Nch What's your Rush, Rch Marble, Rch Adi Lin. We are very proud of his pups and take great pleasure in watching their careers progress and we hope will continue to make their owners proud.

Regards

Vicky

Hi Mark/Vicky, sorry to hear this news, its obvious your looking after Jude's interests lets hope he recovers.Hope Lexi (Power Point) and i can do you all proud.

Cheers

Sorry to hear this Vicky & Mark. Hopefully Jude will have a long and happy rest from stud duties - he certain still looks full of life as we were watching him running around the field at Poolsbrook. Still doing his trade mark rolling on his back!

He's made one hell of an impact in breeding some excellent racers and replenishing the gene pool with some more diversity. Whilst it's been unfortunate that this injury has happened, I would hope there'll be some more youngsters from him in the future. Get well soon Jude xxx

Hope everything goes well with him :luck: :luck:

sorry to hear your news, hope he gets well soon , mand n daz xx
