Old Hall W.r.c. 23/9/12 Sup.rch Little Bill & George Sparks Memori

This open was run for the second year in the memory of George & Billy. We would like to thank everybody who supported this open and made it a great day that George would have been proud to have been part of. 43 dogs was a brilliant turn out.

We would firstly like to thank all the workers who helped set up and over see the smooth running of the day. All the help was greatly appreciated. We would like to thank Jacquie for taking the photos after travelling down to race her dog - they were brilliant as usual. Thank you to the people who added prize money which was distributed to the Scratch winners and A final winners, you know who you are.

There was some great racing and some impressive dogs on show - none more so than Hey Girl who won Supreme. George part owned our Up 4 North who ran well considering he has been off most of the year injured so he must have been watching over him.

Well done to everybody who took part and especially the Supreme Finalists & Winners. All Final winners were presented with a bottle of wine to accompany their winnings and the main trophy winners, Hey Girl & Just Jen, also received lovely quilted, embroidered jackets to accompany the trophies.

Alot of the family were at the racing to support the open and I know they all enjoyed the day shouting on the family dogs.

We would like to say thank you again to everybody who made the day a special day and we are look forward to next year already.

Some very tight races and some impressive youngsters running very well. Little Slimfast, The Devil Is Blue and North B4 South are going to be ones to watch next year.

well done all the winners on a good days racing, some very close races, nice to see paul & kathryns pup for the first time looks like its going to be a right tool, nice to see you enjoyed ure day jac cracking pics as always and a nice meal aswell

I had a great day at old hall dispite the rain well done to all the winners, and thank to Kath and Paul and the spark's family for a lovely day
