Just to let everyone know bookings will now be taken for the 12 day camping events that will be staged at the Fordingbridge Wrc in 2013.

The English Derby Dates are camping from Wednesday June 19th to Monday June 24th.

The English Derby Racing dates will be Saturday June 22nd - Sunday June 23rd.Camping Fee

Caravans £50 Tents £25

Campers can book for the whole of the 12days if they wish to, this will incorporate the

NNWRF Open on Saturday June 29th and an open on Sunday June 30th ( this one is yet to be decided )

If campers just want to book for the NNWRF/Fordy week-end the dates are

Tuesday June 25th to Monday July 1st. Camping Fee Caravans £35 Tents £25

PLEASE NOTE THESE FEES WILL BE THE SAME AMOUNT IRRESPECTIVE OF HOW MANY DAYS YOU CHOOSE TO CAMP.

Bookings will be on a first come first served basis and a £5 non returnable deposit will be required to secure a booking. No bookings will be accepted without the deposit.

Any cheques must be made payable to FORDINGBRIDGE & EAST DORSET WHIPPET RACING CLUB

WITH THE ADDRESS ON THE BACK OF THE CHEQUE.

After some enquiries just to confirm the cost of caming for the whole 12 days is caravans £85 this includes the £5 deposit and tents £ 50 this includes the £5 deposit.

Hi all, already had bookings for this event, if you reply to make a booking please can you indicate how many days it is for

i.e The full 12 days or just for the English Derby ( 5 days ) or NNWRF/Fordy ( 7days ) The deposit is just the same

This is so that we know how many caravans we will have at any one time.

Brilliant response already, 17 caravans booked in. I will send receipts to all those who have paid their £5 deposit, hence the reason for needing all your addressess.

Bert Madgwick the Fordingbridge Wrc chairman will be at Westhoughton on Sunday and at the NNWRF Bend Champs so anyone

wanting to give him their deposit instead of putting them in the post can do so.

An update on the camping for the English Derby & NNWRF/Fordy events in 2013

We have 31 caravans booked in already and we can only accomodate 42, so if you wish to book a place

please do it as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Once the list is full we will have a reserve list

Hi kevin/Barbara will do. So that is for 12 days. Do you want to post the £5 deposit off to me or will you be at the bend champs

Bert will be there so you could give it to him and I will send a receipt with him

With this booking we now only have 5 places left, when they are filled it will be a reserve list.

Can't believe the response in such a short time.
