club A.G.M. will be held on SATURDAY 24th NOVEMBER straight after racing at the miners welfare club opposite the track we have an idea to race a time handicap for dogs bred from whippet x working stock / lurchers / pedigrees / etc basically for dogs not being quite fast enough to compete on the ABC club handicap we would like members views on it

there will also be the club and b.w.r.a south yorkshire top dogs of the year presentation

for anyone wishing to run at the club you can now park in the street that runs upside of the track has we

have access to the gate that leads straight on to the track should you wish to do so

Hi, shouldn't this be in the club section as Maltby have one? Or would it be easier just to remove the club and have the topics in here? Cheers

put it where you want for me big feet i mean paws

Cheeky!

You're welcome to keep it in here, but then that makes it kind of pointless to have a section for the club as well? i.e. if no-one uses it?

I can see it's actually been posted there as well. Maybe its in both to reach the people that don't regularly check in that section but might see it here? Just a thought. Sometimes you want to reach a slightly wider audience.

I know sometimes I would post something both in showing but also in general because it applied to both, and some people frequent one forum more than another.

I imagine an AGM would be for members?

Really we don't want duplicate threads. You can either put club business in here or in the club section. We don't mind which, but not both :)

Maybe the above was relevant to non members?!!

Big paws does it really hurt you to read it in 2 sections.

It doesn't "hurt me" - but every forum has rules and I'm politely asking that clubs either use their own section or the general racing forum - otherwise there's not much point in having a club section if they feel no-one is reading it there. Cheers
