Great day quite relaxing plenty of fantasic racers, some very impressive dogs on display today , consolation was just as exciting as the main ..brilliant sup final between gemeera and classic rock one race i was thankful to of witnessed...Thanks to Colin for been father xmas and giving all the kids the selection boxs ..alison for stepping in and doing the program

Thanks to all the NNWRF members thats came along and raced with us over 2012 you all are what racing is about , also a big thanks to everyone thats chipped in and help run our events this year without you and your help all our events would not of been the same

Thought the race with Lionel and Ruby was very exciting! Ruby was like watching a little porsche, the way she found gears! Well done Steve and crew :thumbsup:

Well done also to King Louis - getting the top 5. We enjoyed chasing you down to the line! We nearly had ya both on 32!

Thanks everyone for a great day for last NNWRF of the year not a bad turnout considering the weather conditions round some parts of the country my phone never stopped all weekend for updates on the weather anyhow it was a bit nippy but the sun shone all day so it was quite a pleasant day, track and mechanics were spot on thanks to the Highgate team, everything went like clockwork with no hitches, some of the best racing to be seen with the photo finish being called on a few times a brilliant race between DENESIDE CRUZ and SPRINGWELL RUBY in the Sup scratch final with Ruby holding the inside at the top bend and Lionel going wide resulting in SPRINGWELL RUBY taking the honours in a photo finish in a time of 15-07 and what a race the CLASSIC final was between CLASSIC ROCK and GEMEERA we just could'nt split them owners of both dogs given the choice to run again or share the honours both being happy to share the win,

Some great racing in the CLASSIC CONSOLATION as well Sup going to BAG OF GEMS from BEAU BELLE 2nd and WADDLE ON 3rd

Thanks to Colin Armstrong alias SANTA who stood in for Don this year ( Don is stuck at home waiting to go in hospital for his operation we wish him a speedy recovery hope to see him back on track soon ) its lovely to see all the little uns beaming faces as they queue up waiting to get their goodies off Santa think Santa enjoyed it too his little face was beaming when some of the ladies sat on his lap :santa:

well done rocky/rosy and the rest of the runners at higate the great days racing only took me/billy 5 hours to get home to pile ups on the way home slowed us down a bit. but had a good day thanks. thanks to all the crew at highgate ,for a good years racing,merry xmas to you all/happy new year see you all again x tom byrne thurrock club
