Would members please give me an idea of where they would like this to be held. We have had it at several different places in the last few years as most members do not live in Oxford but not sure where the best place for all is.

Can't u just hire the hall at horspath like u did with the NPWRC

Some of us do live in Oxfordshire ha ha

Best to go with the majority
 
Suggestion for AGM is at Horspath Village Hall on the 19th January pm - time to be confirmed.

Please can you give us an idea if this is ok for club members to attend before we book it.

Members we need your support to keep the club going so lets have a good turn out please

Sara has confirmed she has booked the Horspath Village Hall ( the same used for the WRCA&Nationals)for the South Oxford AGM on the 19th January 2013 for 12-2pm. Please support the club if you want it to continue. All members are welcome

Please let Gaye have any agenda items and also if you can attend so we can get an idea of numbers.

************Due to forecasted weather conditions we have decided to cancel our AGM on Saturday 19th January.**********

We will instead have the AGM on our first race meeting which we plan to have either the 17th or 24th February, subject to council agreement.

I still need items for the Agenda.

Now confirmed as 24th February will be our first race meeting and AGM.

Hopefully the weather will be better then.
