Hi all, another cracking race, weather was much better than the previous week and a slightly bigger crowd, most celebrating at their Christmas parties. Mike and Ilid's Means business got a fantastic start she flew out the traps she really has got the idea on racing on a greyhound track. Big well done to Burlington Bertie on winning yesterday  . Result was:

1st Burlington Bertie,

2nd Markamys Bentley

3rd Sandman

4th Markamys Marley

5th Means Business

Well hopefully we've managed to put whippet racing in a goodlight and the dogs have come of sound, so now we can have a rest and enjoy the winter break.

Well done people :homestar:

Have a great Christmas :flowers:

Constant rain leading up to this race made going very heavy, with the inside particularly slow. The dogs put on a great show it what probably the hardest single race that they have or will take part in.

With the going normal for this race a faster time was always expected and the dogs didn't let us down.

I would like to thank the owners Jeff and Pat, Mike and Illid, The Burseys and my lot as well as the stars of the show, the dogs for contributing to two special races. It was a new experience for some and the feedback I got was they all enjoyed the excitement of racing under lights and a big noisy crowd . The Stadium owners were very pleased and we have already started talks with regards to racing there again in 2013.

Excellent footage, thanks for posting :flowers: Looks like you all had a good time :)
