Such an awesome day at Gloucester Open. Massive well done to Roy and Geoff for doing such a brilliant job with the track, I would never have believed that they could get it soft in this weather but their hard work paid off & it was really good. Also big well done to Lesley Harris & all the Gloucester gang for such a well run open, you made the right decisions to reduce the number of races when you could & Im not aware of any injuries which is a testament in these extreme weather conditions. Finally, a big thanks to the weather gods for providing that cooling breeze that just about kept us all from melting! :D

Congratulations to all the group winners and finalists. Big well done to Angie and Mike who had 3 winners in Savernake Bird of Prey, Savernake Boomerang and Savernake Flash of Red, they all ran brilliantly

Thanks for the nice comments Darcia. I enjoyed the day too. Chuffed to bits with two seconds and a third with my boys. Many thanks to all my lovely line judges, trap men, lure drivers and especially India, on the bike. She managed to progress the tan on her legs, but only to the knee. Something about the angle she was sitting at !!

I have added the results above rather than starting a new thread

Thanks for the results Darcia. Lovely to see everyone again on Sunday and well done to all! We will hopefully have a video of some of the races to add before long.x
