Isla February 2013 went down with pyometra. 7 days hospilised and 2 half litres of pus removed from uterus I am a lucky owner and she survived. Has slight kidney damage and slight incontinence but happy in herself.
Wednesday last week went for normal run with our friends and dogs but ran then gave up began to limp on way back from walk. Went to vet, diagnosed with arthritis in both back knees and front knee and slight nerve damage to right back paw and front right paw.
Anybody else had this problem and the outcome. She is limited to 3x 10min lead walks and on metacam. Read about cider vinegar for arthritis and bought some today. Back at vets this Wednesday. Will try anything really don't want her to be pts. Advice appreciated.
