Hi all just need some advise as I have been round arguing with the neighbours at this time!! I heard the puppies yelping this morning I heard lots of crashing and banging like the house was being tipped upside down lots of angry shouting from the man with anger issues next door and I confronted him as I felt uncomfortable listening to them cry and yelp and him shout and he admitted to me he was abusing them he said 'yes so what I am abusing them get the RSPCA I'll let them in they won't take the dogs I will do what I want with them they are my dogs!' I threatened with the RSPCA and tried to get the dogs off them however he said no give me £100 each and you can have them I asked his girlfriend and she was going to happily hand them over to me until he said no give me the money so I asked why has he got them if he is just going to abuse them!! And basically the pups had chewed a toilet roll up all over the house but surely they don't need to be abused because of it? But I know he RSPCA won't do anything because they don't have cuts and sores etc!! Any help I would appreciate thank you!!

Always report an incident at least them its logged and call them every-time it happens! Failing that call the police for the disturbance.

Report it - police and/or RSPCA. And if you can record anything (sound or video) that would help. RSPCA may not actually do anything, but it's at least in their records.
