I keep this bri ef. Fence blows down in back garden so council erect 3foot mesh fence, three staffies next garden have shown aggression through old fence growling e.c.t. Well my question is how much force can i use when thesestaffies jump fence which will happen? So whats the law?

 Oh no!! Well if it was my fence and my dogs at risk I would be out in the garden with them at all times with something like a walking stick in my hands so if the staffies broke the fence at least I wouldn't have to use bare hands to protect them! <_< I'm sure the law would support you defending yourself against a dog attack on your own property!

I know what will happen lol but staffies will jump the fence with ease and a walking stick lol it be bigger and harder than that so anyone know the right law?

it's your property- no one has a right to enter your property without your permission, it applies to their dogs. it's this persons responsibility to make sure, there is no way they will get out of their property unsupervised. If their dogs act agressive they must have a right size fence, so they can't get out. If it happens you call police, council. You report incident.
