South Cotswolds PWRC - will be holding the 6th and final round of the Handicap Series for 2015

I know we are biased but we did have a great day yesterday esp as Ben had eaten two leather leads on Friday!! he ran really well so maybe I will have to change his Diet!! we are so pleased that the boys have improved and enjoying their racing since we have been going to South Cotswolds.

We are chuffed to bits what Sam has achieved and thank Maggi and team for their hard work and a very friendly relaxing day.

the Wilsdons

On a fine hot sunny day with lush underfoot conditions on the track we ran the final round of the handicap series for 2015. There were doubles on the day for Kit Cat and Wilsdon Brindle Star - well done!

CONGRATULATIONS and a HUGE WELL DONE to Gaye and Ray whose WILSDON LITTLE MAC won the 2015 Handicap Series in fine style gaining 70 points - 8 points clear of the runner up SPECIAL BREW - Congrats to Melissa and Paul with 3rd place going to WILSDON BRINDLE STAR - Congrats again to Gaye and Ray. Equal 4th were GO BAILEY GO - KIT CAT and RED APACHE.

GO BAILEY GO won the Showbred Trophy for a second time after winning it in 2013 with KANGAROOBY in runner up spot.

Well done to all those placed in the top ten and thank you to all the whippets and their owners for supporting the club and the competition throughout 2015. Special thanks to our lure drivers and bikers Mike and Peter and regular line judge Richard (and thanks also to Roy for helping out today) and to all our regular helpers for ensuring smooth operations throughout.
