Do you have a personal preference of boy or girl dogs?

I have no preference. (Only exception was when I used to Show dogs, I did prefer male dogs).

So very happy with either. :)

We've always had boy dogs except for 1 she was a sweetheart. But i definitely prefer my boy's.
 
We've had one male and two females and have no real preference. One was a rescue but the other two were bought as puppies and we chose the puppy rather than the gender. They say that females wreck the lawn with their pee which is quite true but our male Sheltie never learnt to cock his leg and always squatted so bang went that lawn to!
 
We've had a mixture (of breeds and sexes) both are great but we've always found boys to be overall more affectionate to everyone in the family - whereas our girls have always bonded with me most.
Our sprocker barely left my side, our current greyhound (female) mostly cuddles up to me. But our saluki cross (boy) is equally happy cuddling up with my wife, son or anyone he takes a fancy to.
 
Well, I have three boy dogs. And of our 9 dogs we've had growing up, only 2 have been female. :p
