I have, on Sunday he wanted to be in the garden with us so I used it for the first time. Even after an hour, the coat felt cool to touch and if I slipped my hand under it, T felt cool too. I bought that one as it had good reviews - it is lightweight, doesn't make his hair wet, and can easily be 'recharged' with more cool water. My only complaint is they reduced the price by about 20% between the time I bought it and yesterday when I posted the link!

Which one did you buy Joanne? The link takes me to several all at different prices? Thanks.

I'm not quite sure what I saw was a 'race' as such - they certainly weren't going very fast!

It was overcast but very steamy. Most of the dogs looked fine. There was a wolfdog rescue charity there with some of their dogs and the ones that went in the ring for 'best rescue' were panting, but not too hard.

I bought the Prestige one, based on the reviews. He has worn it a couple of times now and has been quite happy in it.

Thanks for reply Joanne's, would you mind telling me how much you paid as their are several Prestige coats with quite a range of prices and they all look the same to me!

Evie's new cool coat arrived today. Excellent. She seems very happy with it, she's had it on for a couple of hours and is even cool enough to relax in her bed as you can see.

We have that coat for Olive in Spain, They are great because you just dip it in water ring it out and then pop it on your dog... I have also found that the cooling mats are also great. In Spain we also have shoes for Olive as she loves to walk down to the pool as we have tiles so they get boiling hot...

Amazing what you can buy these days!
