@Ttaylor45 I understand your decision to wait now, you know you did what was best even though we always feel devestated letting go we know when its for the best but it is so hard.
My little Remy (aged 10) had two massive seizures in Aug 2015 and had to be PTS and then 9 months later Benny passed just 3 weeks after his 15th birthday I was devestated..

Take the time to mourn your loss and recover, you will know when the time is right and I hope when that time comes you will share your new joy with us.
 
This is very sad. Time is the best healer. Take care of yourselves.

Thank you everyone I will let you know if and when I get another dog or most likely two dogs. I would love toy poodles again as I have had them all my life from being small a total of six, four dogs and two bitches. Rusty and Pepe were both dogs and I must admit I prefer the dogs to the bitches but that is only my preference. I know another dog will not replace my two but I am sure they would find their own special place in my heart.
