I cant account for it any other way.. Yesterday I had a sudden urge to wash down every door and skirting board in the house. I deep cleaned the bathroon and downstairs loo from ceiling (light fittings included ) to floor. Today its the loft getting a good clean out.

Ive even got plans to bath Murphy (shhh dont tell him). Stupid considering the bathroom has just had a deep clean !
OH has been talking about giving Basils house a spring clean which take a whole day.. taking apart the play frame the house etc taking it all outside jet washing and then putting it all back together !

Anyone else caught the bug yet?

Definitely not! If you run out of things to clean, do you fancy popping over here for a bit and doing my house too?:D

One sign of spring being on its way is that Jasper is finding lots of tasty green shoots of select plants to graze. He turns into a horse at this time of year.

Yes - I did the motorhome last week, every surface washed. I would have done the house this week but we are having the patio re-laid this week and there is mud, and sand, and dust. And more dust. Did I mention the dust? So the house is next week.

Well.... that took some doing but I have a good pile of clothes for the salvation army and a box of stuff for the charity shop plus a bit for the tip...

We have a whole roomful of DS2's stuff he left when he moved out almost 1.5 years ago... I've been nagging him to at least sort out the stuff that is rubbish and dispose of it, but it's not happened. OH and I are finally making executive decisions - he does not want a pile of old toothbrushes, or razors (which may well be his girlfriend's), shaving foam (he has a full beard), shoes with split soles, and other sundries. I even have a boxful of his girlfriend's clothes that she left kicking around in his bedroom and never took... They have a reasonable-sized flat and a garage, but there's so much junk there they can't fit anything else in. When I were a lass, when we left home we could fit all our stuff in the back of an estate car.
