I made a cake for my dogs birthday. I followed a recipie.
It was made with tapioca starch and yogurt. It looked amazing as i iced it ready for the party the next day.
The next day it had shrivelled and cracked, not loads but spoilt the look of it. It was such a disappointment.
Has anyone got a recipie that hardens, i want to be able to ice the cake and write on it.

This is no help at all but it looks a darn sight better than any cake I've ever iced!

Very cute dog too :)

The sugar free diva.com has some icing recipes, sorry I don’t know how to link x

It looks great!

I made one for Dennis and that was very dry and crumbly but I covered it in natural yoghurt and carrot and it covered it up lovely :)
