We have had our frenchie neutered about 6 weeks ago. He's just turned a year old. We bought him a new waterproof bed about 4 weeks ago and he's still marking it at night, it's only a slight bit but it's frustrating as I wash it everyday at the minute? Does anyone have any advice? Is there something I could spray to prevent this? He's fine with hour training just this one problem. Not sure what else to to.

Why does my dog mark his bed every night but doesnt wee in the house????

Did he mark his previous bed, either before or after he was neutered?
I wonder if washing it every day could be the problem - it doesn't smell right? It would be interesting to see if he would still mark it if you didn't wash it and let it smell of 'him'. If that works I'm not sure what you'd do then as you don't want to share a house with a stinky dog bed, but having a better idea of the underlying reason can only help.

I'd mention it to the vet. He may not realise he is leaking.

I would also get it checked by the vet. But @JudyN has a point maybe the bed just doesn't smell like " his" place. Sounds awful but if You could leave it a day or two just to see if it helps.
