Just 2 days shy of his 6 months b-day, Baby Miles went to a local Dog Festival.

He has met lots of dogs before, but:
1 - Not all at the same time (well, except for the controlled environment of puppy playtime sessions at our doggie school, and even then there were 5-6-7 other puppies at most)
2 - A lot of his previous encounters were off leash in a nature park, while everyone at this festival was leashed
3 - He's never been in a place full of dogs AND people, AND music, dog events, food, noise, and everything else that goes on at an outdoor festival on a beautiful Sunday morning.

So, this was a first for him... And he did well!

Saw and met all kinds of dogs, from giant to tiny, was mostly polite (and when not very polite - playful).
Was reasonably interested in interacting with humans, especially if they had bags, or baby toys hanging off the strollers.
Didn't knock anything or anyone over, generally had a good time, and allowed others to have a good time too.

Here is our photo report of this event:

Love the photos.
May I ask which make of harness Miles has? I like the look of it: a lot less bulky than the one we have. (He is also wearing a rather lovely collar too, but I can’t justify buying my dog yet another
collar:oops:).

Hurtta padded Y-harness.
Very light and comfortable, adjustable in multiple points, and has reflective stitching.

The only downside - it doesn't have the D-ring in the front (only on the back). But it has an O-ring in the middle of the "Y" in the front, so when time comes - it won't be a problem to rig it for front clip. All the harnesses I saw with built-in front clip are very bulky indeed.
