I need help with a lowfat/low sugar kong filler

Botty needs to loose some kilo's. He doing great on exercise and lost some grams.

So now its time to keep him occupied and lower the calories. Before I start googling my beep off and calculate all the calories? I would like to lazy ask if someone has ready made recipes that are low on sugars and fats :p
 
If he likes vegetables maybe try steaming some and making into a mash or puree and stuffing the kong with that? You could maybe add a few drops of salmon oil to the mix to tempt him..
Or dehydrate some veg or fruit for a different texture, aswell as offering raw?
