Hi, my name is Pam and I am the proud owner of Rodney a 14 week old Whippet puppy. He is an amazing puppy and such a character! He is such a good boy during the day when I'm working and is calm and chilled. He saves his madness to the evenings when he becomes a little devil, I really don't mind though. I have joined the dogforum mainly to pick up tips and hints on all things puppy and Sighthound related and look forward to reading all your posts and hopefully talking to some of you in the future.:)
 
Welcome. Whippets are wonderful (although there are other lovely breeds out there). We’ve only kept whippets but never puppies - ours are/were rescues. The current treasure’s Mabel.

Aww, love the name. We may at some point in the future look to get another Whippet. Hopefully we’ll be able to rescue, we did look at rescue homes but had no luck as they all seemed inundated with applications!
