My 14 week old Border Collie still has a pink patch on her nose. I've heard that Elderberry and Nettle can help the pigmentation. Has anyone had experience of using it or will her nose blacken completely in time?

Pigmentation does change - just be patient, it is what it is. Is her appearance very important to you?

She is a beautiful little pup and I was concerned that the pink patch could get sunburn if it was to remain.

That's a fair concern - hopefully it will blacken up but if you do need to use sunscreen, be aware zinc is toxic (although I don't know how much needs to be licked to be a problem).

our 17 week old puppy (husky/lab cross) has a pink patch on his nose. In the very cold weather two weeks ago it got brighter.
